Joe Mullery is our representative in 58A but is he truly representing the people of North Minneapolis? I thought I'd share some information about his voting record as compiled by Minnesota Majority. He scored a dishonorable mention garnering just 2% on the scorecard of important votes. He managed to squeak above 0% by voting well on just a single bill.
